Atty. Veronica  Reigina Cruz-Soriano

Atty. Veronica Regina C. Soriano, known professionally as Atty. Nyka, is one of the founding partners of theFirm. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020 and began her legal career at Malcolm Law Offices, where she trained under highly respected practitioners. During her tenure, she was part of a distinguished team that presented oral arguments before the Supreme Court en banc and was involved in the preparation of memoranda and draft decisions for consideration by various courts.

Atty. Nyka’s areas of practice include civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, special proceedings—with particular focus on judicial and extra-judicial estate settlements—as well as corporate law and agrarian law.Her approach to legal practice is rooted in precision, diligence, and a deep commitment to client advocacy.

She holds a degree in Commerce, major in Legal Management, from De La Salle University (2011). She began her legal education at San Beda College of Law, and later earned both her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from Arellano University School of Law in 2019.

Atty. Edgar Jino Bartolata

Atty. Edgar Jino M. Bartolata is a data protection officer, lecturer, litigator, and corporate lawyer, who specializes in Government advocacy, transportation, utilities, labor practice, and human resources management. Atty. Bartolata sits on the advisory board of corporations in various sectors, such as transportation, food and beverage manufacturing, logistics, tourism, marketing, and shared services.

Atty. Bartolata draws from his diverse professional experience, in order to provide practical instruction and advice, relating to common issues and concerns of clients.

He obtained his AB Political Science degree in 2010 from the Ateneo De Manila University and took up law at San Beda College, where as a working student, he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2015.
