Associate Lawyers & Legal Staff

Atty. Nadine M. Malabanan is an Associate of the Firm. Even before her admission to the Philippine Bar, she had already gained hands-on legal experience through various law firms and government agencies. While still a working law student, she began her legal career as a paralegal, supporting lawyers in various law firms and government offices across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

Her practice covers labor and employment, government advocacy, transportation, human resource management, corporate law, immigration, and criminal and civil litigation.

Atty. Malabanan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas. She commenced her legal studies at the University of Santo Tomas and later obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law in 2024. She was then admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.

Atty. Rachel Anne C. Baroja is an associate of the firm. She began her legal practice at a private law firm after her admission to the Philippine Bar. Before her admission, she worked as a paralegal at various law firms specializing in labor, criminal, civil, and special proceedings, where she gained her legal experience, including exposure to court proceedings and client management.

Atty. Rachel’s areas of practice include civil and criminal litigation, administrative and special proceedings, and corporate law, as well as human resources management – with a focus on criminal litigation and human resources management.

She graduated from Far Eastern University (2013) with a degree in AB Political Science and took up law at the University of Santo Tomas, where she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2019.
